Want to save thousands on your BCBS medical insurance? Participate in our wellness program to save on your premiums and boost your health. 

It is important to review the HALO Wellness Overview & 2026 Program Guide to understand your requirements to receive the premium incentive.

To qualify for a wellness premium discount, you must do the following actions: 

  • Get an annual wellness exam with a BCBS doctor and mark it as complete in the Navigate portal
  • Take the brief, 10 minute wellness survey on the Navigate portal

If you are enrolling in the medical insurance for the first time, you will be grandfathered into the wellness rates your initial year of enrollment and the following year as well.

Ex: You are hired in February of 2026 and enroll in our medical coverage. You will be grandfathered into wellness rates for 2026 AND 2027.  In order to continue to receiving these rates in 2028, you’ll need to complete the stated objectives in 2027.

  • Select JOIN NOW and follow the onscreen prompts.
    • Your unique ID is your employee ID found in Paylocity, which can be found by following these steps.

The information below will outline the different ways that you can be rewarded, along with information about the raffles associated with the program.

Medical Premium Reduction:  Complete your Annual Physical and Wellbeing Survey by September 30, 2026, to earn a Premium Reduction, for the plan year starting January 1, 2027.

  • You must mark your physical as complete in the wellness portal in order to qualify for the wellness premium. Simply getting a physical is not enough, the requirement is to mark it complete by September 30th.

  • Earn at least 5,000 Wellness points by November 30, 2026 and you will receive 5,000 Break Through Points ($25 value). Break Through points are rewarded in the month following meeting the 5,000 point-threshold.
  • Annual Engagement Raffle: In addition to the Break Through Points received for meeting the 5,000 point-threshold, you have the opportunity to win more Break Through points!
    • Eligibility Period: March 1, 2026 – November 30, 2026.
    • Raffle Drawing: December 2026
  • Group Challenge Wellness Champion Raffle: Group Challenge participants will have the opportunity to be placed in the Wellness Champion Raffle for a chance to earn 10,000 Break Through Points. For each Group Challenge, the winning team on the leaderboard, and the top 4 individuals will receive a raffle entry. The drawing will be on December 15, 2025.
