The Healthy HALO Wellness Program is HALO’s Wellness Program. This program provides you with the opportunity to reduce your medical premium, and earn Break Through points, for completing a variety of different activities.
- The program is open to all employees effective 1/1/2025.
- It is important to review the HALO Wellness Overview & 2025 Program Guide to understand your requirements to receive the premium incentive.
- You only receive credit towards HALO’s Wellness program, by completing activities on myhealthyhalo.com.
New Enrollee Requirement: If you are a new enrollee (coverage starting as of 9/1/24 and after), you are not subject to the Premium Requirement in the first year. You are automatically opted to receive the premium incentive as a new enrollee. The Healthy HALO Wellness Program offers you opportunities to earn Break Through Points, for completing a variety of activities.

- Select JOIN NOW and follow the onscreen prompts.
- Your unique ID is your employee ID found in Paylocity, which can be found by following these steps.
