  • Enrollment is completed on access.paylocity.com.

  • All current elections will rollover into 2026, with the exception of Flexible Spending Accounts & Health Savings Account.  These plans require you to make an election during Open Enrollment.   
    • Failure to re-enroll in an FSA results in not having coverage in 2026.
    • Failure to re-enroll in an HSA results in your contribution stopping for 2026.  This contribution can be started again at anytime.
    • Even if you don’t want to contribute yourself to the HSA, make sure to hit “enroll” and put a $0 contribution so that HALO can be sure to fund your HSA in 2026! Employee only participants get $500 and Employee + family get $1000.
