Once you’ve signed into your account, you can start a new claim. You’ll contact or be contacted by a rep at Transcarent who will take down case information and understand your needs. If your surgery is one of the many types of surgeries covered, they will find a best-in-class surgeon for you and schedule the procedure which will be free of cost! This an amazing option for employees that need orthopedic, cardiac, reproductive and general surgeries. Please note that while a wide variety of surgeries and procedures are covered, we cannot guarantee that all qualify for this program. Your rep at Transcarent will confirm that for you during process.
