HALO offers you a way to save money on your medical premium in exchange for completing “Wellness Activities”. While program participation is not required, if you do not complete the requirements, you will not receive the premium incentive.

Any tasks completed from 9/1/2022 – 8/31/2023 will apply to your Wellness Compliance Status for the plan year starting 9/1/2023. If you fail to meet the required tasks to become Wellness Compliant, you will be responsible for a higher premium at the start of the upcoming plan year.
What happens if I do not participate in the program?
- You will pay more for health insurance

What happens if I am not Wellness Compliant for the 9/1/2022 – 8/31/2023 plan year?
- You can become Wellness Compliant as of the date you satisfy the required challenges that you did not previously complete. You need to email [email protected], with documentation showing the completion of the task.
